At The Country Sports Store, we want you to shop with complete confidence.

Same Working Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3:00pm, on weekends or Bank Holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition.
• Returned with all original packaging, tags and accessories.
• Securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Unless the item is faulty or supplied in error, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any refund due will be processed promptly to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
