It is designed to protect the shooters finger being bumped by the trigger guard during recoil. Ideal for users of side-by-side shotguns who suffer from bruised knuckles. Made from rubber with brass fittings it will screw on to the rear of the trigger guard and is fitted to sit between your middle finger and the trigger guard which helps prevent bruising.
